s400 under power

I'm suprised I havn't seen you If your up this way walking alot. Have you Seen any deer around?

 

no way is there any up here never seen one.

i go as far as bryn offa school mate some times over the road towards erdig but there is a lot of stuff this side of the road

 

my mate still got my crono so cant test my gun till next week took it out 3 turns sounds better but you never no.

I've never seen any or any sighns of deer here but some say otherwise. Where's the closest place there's some?? I wouldn't say an awfull lot of game but there's abit to shoot. The ground to run that side of the road Is shit as It's mostly carparks or rough ground near houses. Other side of road Is better running for the dog. I've got a lurcher, She keeps me buisy

on them fields every day start my walk there and train my dogs on there lots of birds and rabbits there had one today withthe air gun

 

have you found out if i turn the screw clock wise orr the other way yet.

 

when wil you be around that area again i can meet for a chat lol

thanks for reply i have 2 s400 both use air arms pellets i got 3 types of pellets and all give me the same within .8 on the crono

I set mine up shooting to 12 with biz mags as there so heavy. All other pellets I try then are under 12. I can't remember which way I turned mine. it would make more sense If you unscrew It the power will increase but just adjust It and run It over the chrono.

 

I don't know when I'm up there next. My dogs cut her chest open so she's having a lay off. There's often a few phessys about on that ground not many rabbits out In the day or at night really now and alot are lamp shy as f**k. I had a walk down grassy lane one night the other week looking for some birds and I was suprised when there wasn't anything down there I travelled down most of the lane and never even fired a shot and only 1 pigeon got up Have you seen where the longtails roost or woodies?

i have a airarms s400 that is only 10fp can any one tell me or no any one that can fit new seals or look at it for me

 

 

PM "Goldenarms" on here he will keep you right as he's had a similar problem with his s400....

no will look for you over the next week or so they seam to go towards coedpoith they is hundreds for pigions there.

as for the phessys my dogs get 6 or 7 up a time when im there

was on railway line yesterday and some one from queens park had 16 rabbits with his ferrets you will see were he has been all the brambels been cut away

well i had a problem while back sent my s10 back to bsa it lost air ect ect they sent it back set at 9 ftlb so i sent it back again with 200 aa fields ...

back hey sent it 10ftlb lol so i phoned them spoke to some top blokes they had it back + another 150 pellets of my own ,got it back set 11.5 nice thanks then it broke again 1 week later .. so i phoned them i said id had enough and want it right ... i said i should have bought german lol he said please give us one more chance .. they sent it to jb himself to fix , he blue printed it and did silencer mod it now spits jsb pellets out at 11.2 -11.6 over hole charge ...

bsa said they use magnums to set power due to there heavy .. so its safer so no matter what the public use theres no chance it will go over ... i said its my choice . i check my rifle monthly if it went over i would send it to be fixed
