dave mac 58
went for stroll today with my border bitch, i think she is about 17mts old, she has bolted afew but not what i would call proper bolts more like the fox is sneaking out the back door, checked afew places and nowt at home the bitch is going to ground and looking but i was starting to get that feeling that she was pulling the wool, anyway off we go and i ended up at one of my old spots, i dug this spot , with my border dog not so long ago, in she went and out she came, back in, i turned on the bf to see were she would get to and she got right up to the place i dug last time, she didnt show, i kept the box on the floor to mark her and she went about 6-8 foot passed the spot and a mark at 2ft i stuck my head down the hole and i could here bumping, off with the coat and 2ft later she has hold of mr fox arse end, the fox was shot and as i was trying to pull him out the bitch was pulling him back in, i lifted them out and she had a rag, i think it was agood start for her but i dont know how she will do when at the sharp end, Quote Link to post
