whin 463 Posted December 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2008 all depends localy were you run on top of the land or sheltrd bits , was on all sorts this week stubble grass young rape stony qaurry land , you need dogs with good set oftyres no whippety small feet strong feet and plenty game sense , just back from a small hunt , new dog got hare but made hard work as hees never saw muck on a beam caught one rabb but kept running out of the beam and running to fast on the turns has only see daylite ,not much nite time hees bred for daylite on big land but ill get a yard or two out him and sharpen him up ,wet and feched now , Quote Link to post
