Guest miller1989
To start got a phone call yesderday when it was cold -5 to go round and sort out a fox which had been bothering the chickens,so off we went, had a brew at the location and looked out the window into the garden to see the fox in ???? take a chicken from the garden and off he went,we unloaded the van all of 1 terrier and no lurcher as mine was seriously ill and palls was lame!so this was going to be a struggle!Straight away terrier took a line into and artificial wood and we could mr fox no more than 15metres from terrier we hunted him for about an hour round the location hoping he would go to ground but it wasnt to be so we left him! had a phone call today from same people and hes back just wandering round, little twat,so ive advised them to keep chickens away untill the lurchers are fit and we will lamp him or put to ground....and get rid! And for those who were concerned about my lurcher who nearly died shes on the mend i get the blood results back today, fingers crossed! hoping all the blood transfusions, lucimia etc isnt needed but shes home now on steriods etc here some pics of her on the mend! bull/airedale/gh on the mend im a happy man Quote Link to post
