thinking of getting a air guning

been looking@ s410& rappid 7

dont no wich one to go for tho

pretty new to airguning anys tips

o bugit is about 500

 

o & 22or 177 wich best?

there both very good guns mate i have a s410 in 177 and it is a brilliant gun

but so is the rapid so if i was u i would try and have a go at both of them first mate and

see whitch one u prefer good luck

depends on what you want to do with the gun

, i have used both and own both at the mo, i use 177 for target and 22 for hunting

it is a personal thing to what you use

get yourself down to a gun club and ask for a go most will not worry

The s410 carbine is a great gun but once youve bought it in your budget you have no more to spend on a scope or pump etc .good luck

rapid is a must..easy to work on ,can repair them in minutes yourself once you have all the spares.no less or more should i add than an air arms but hold the second hand price alot better..i have shot all 3 calibers and now shoot 177 as its the flattest and less forgiving at night on the lamp.. go try one and see for your self buddy.

You will struggle to get an answer as the question is actually wide...and everyone has a different opinion.

 

My choice....Rapid 7 Mk11 in .22 for what it's worth.

 

DON'T get a .20...it was introduced to give you the BEST of .22 and .177....... BOTTOM line is it gives you the worst of both, doesn't fly as fast or flat as .177 and doesn't hit as hard or make as big a hole as .22.....and forget .25 unless you want a dedicated Rat gun!!
