The Working Whippet!!!

Ive just bought my self a pedigree whippet , little blue bitch with sooty sam and laguna lines. she is only 8 weeks and 4 days at the moment but i would appreciate any advice on training her e.g. on sitting , staying , recals etc. also at what age do u reccomend i allow her off the lead without her running wild and out of control?
