lurcherchavvy 3
I am going to sell on ebay some dj stuff i have had sitting in my cupboard for about 2 years.....but i have not got a clue how to sell it on ebay i know how to put it on ebay and that but once the biddings finished how do i post it? When you put the stuff on ebay how do you know how much it is going to cost to post it? Do i have to take it to the post office to post it? Do royal mail come and get it from my house then take it to the buyers house? What happens? Do i have to get boxes and box it up myself? Will they give me boxes to put it all in? I probably sound thick but I haven't got a clue. Can someone tell me how much it will cost to post 2 record decks, a mixer, 4 speakers and an amplifier will cost? Then also i need to know how much it will cost to send records and the metal hard case they are in Thanks LC

The downside to this, is you narrow your selling opportunities. If it is very large, the post office wont take it, you are then dealing with courriers etc. If you can weigh it, on bathroom scales maybe, they will give you a price per KG etc. TNT, Parcel Force, ANC loads on internet or yellow pages. You will have to box it up securely yourself. If you want to sell without the hastle, state clearly that postage will be charged at cost, depending on the buyers requirements. and you will let them now the cost at the point of invoice. Any more questions let me know. Matt
speedlamper 0
your better off putting them in loot first, i only got half what i wanted when i got rid of my decks, selling them as seperate items, would make postage a lot easier but your still talking £25 per deck
