question about training from day to lamp

if a dog as just been used as a daytime dog , and its about 3 year old , but knows what to do daytime 100% . would i be able to get him used to the lamp? , i should imagine myself that once he knows that hes coursing same as daytime but at night , he should be ok ,

ive seen it dale and seen the od one tend to carry on running the field if they miss their quarry.

id take it out with another hound if possible to begin with.have you got chance of somthing mate :thumbs:

i might have mate , a deerhound/greyhound x saluki greyhound , a rough coated dog , but hasnt had much lamping , but it wouldnt be lamping on its own for a while , always doubled up , untill he got hang of it . :thumbs: i guess it would be back to basics on the lamp wouldnt it , squatters ect .

it may suprise you but i have watched a good daytime dog be a bit of trouble at night time .but everyones is different :thumbs:
