huntergatherer 0 Posted August 17, 2008 Report Share Posted August 17, 2008 Well folks I have finally managed to get 10 days off without my kids!!! who of course i love to bits But we all need timeout, and yes im of to the lakes for 10 whole days, camping, woo hoo. It's taken 6 months of negotiating with their dad but phew! So am hoping to camp at wastwater, if anyone has any tips, hints or general info all appreciated. I hope there is fishing available. I'm gonna enjoy my birthday weekend this year... Of course i'll miss her after about half an hour knowing me but not having to get up with a hangover and deal with a 7yr old will be lovely. Lust bought a cackin pair of starca walking boots on ebay for £42 !!! i can't wait, a good excuse to top up on climbing gear I have heard Wastwater is stunning and will take my breath away, looks good in the pictures Quote Link to post Share on other sites
