Lightforce with out a doubt, I have a resistor fitted to mine which is handy when you need it a bit dim

The resistor is supplied by Lightforce and is the dogs knob :p

It is run with a 17amp batt, tried the smaller ones and they ran out too quick

Why use a resistor when u can buy a 170 with built in dimmer on the back

I use mine with a 20 amp battery and ive never run it out on one outing.

But im still undicided whether its as good as the blitz as the blits has a tighter spot and definatley brighter than the 170 but its bloody big :icon_eek:

If you already own a 170, you're not going to buy another  .

I use the Blitz if I want to advertise I'm out lamping.

p.s. as far as the blits goes my [bANNED TEXT] has one and is exceptionally better on very large fields for spotting charlie

I got the resistor because when I bought my lamp they did not do the built in resistor on the rear of the lamp, I am not that bloody dim :D

It was just a mod of the time, modded my red filter as well, so it comes off real easy.

Regards,

Sick

Can I ask why you don't think the lazerlite is any good for foxes? I've got a lazerlite lamp with cluson belt pack, fine for any lamping in my opinion :good:

Have to agree with Simon, lazerlite works fine for me too!

BTW, where 'bouts on Bradford you from Bradford boi?
