Rhodey 96
Mine did it for about the first week, then they starting using an area furthest away from bedding area and food. So i put a litter tray there to making cleaning out easier and they use that. It's just there not confident yet so don't want to ventue to far from the nest yet. gnipper 7,091
Are they a bit young to leave the mum? Could just be the new cage and their a bit scared to venture out too? Quote Link to post
Kay 3,709
Ferrets will generally crap in the lower levels if you have a multi level set up, bare in mind if they have to use a ramp they may simply be a little scared of going up & down it , there only babys , also make sure the acess is easy for them , not having to go through a maze to there desired toilet area If need be remove the ramp & set up a box to kip in & they will find a corner in the lower levels & then when there more confident add the ramp again Quote Link to post
