BASC membership

Recommended Posts

as im still pretty new to airgunning and havent yet got a decent hunting rifle i am still weighing up any hidden costs and through reading posts on this forum i have seen a numebr of people mention air gun insurace.

On the BACS website is says that with your £52 membership fee you get:

£10 million legal liability cover

£10 million employer liability cover

£10 million product liability cover

This may sound stupid but what exactly does it cover you against? is it for example if in some freak accident i shoot someone i get free leagal cover or if my gun breaks is it insured??

Thanks in advance ...Ryan

your kit is'nt covered it is basically just "liability" insurance.

also look at BASA ( british airgun shooters association)

and SACS........( SCOTTISH ASSOCIATION FOR COUNTRY SPORTS)

SACS offer the best deal and THL members get a discount.......contact foxgun tom
