pegandgun 52 Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 David come round an hour before dark this evening to go for a stalk.We went to a stubble field i new a few roe where using.Just before dark a couple of roe showed and we took one at a good 250yds through the neck. Afterwards we went lamping for an hour.We soon come accross a fox and after abit of carry on(tell em dave) i shot the fox at about 300yds approx. Quote Link to post

David 9 Posted January 20, 2006 Report Share Posted January 20, 2006 Yes the fox was sat looking at me about 150to200 yards away and yes i missed it still stood after the first shot so i had another but missed again :realmad: as it ran on about 100 yards p&g had a go and finished it of with a good long shot and the stalking was great cheers again another good shot Quote Link to post
nutshot 0 Posted January 20, 2006 Report Share Posted January 20, 2006 nice shooting pegandgun , its good to see you keep nailing them foxes. went out last night with my mate for a shine about, and shot a vixen at 175 paces with my tikka 22-250.well pleased only thing is i have got another problem with the gun and iwos wondering if you could help. I CAN,T PUT THE BLOODY THING DOWN , ITS AWESOME MET also just curious as to what lamp you use for your foxing, Quote Link to post
