whippeter94 0 Posted June 1, 2008 Report Share Posted June 1, 2008 Has anyone got any tips for long netting, because iv found this really nice hedge row and saw 17 rabbits run into it so im gonna have a go at it has anyone got anytips for long netting what time do you find s the best time to go out at night and whether a moon light night will help and what about wind ? I lost 2 bunnies on my first attempt with ferrets, they ran along the net and then ducked round the end :oops: When I say "tail your nets" I mean set the last 5 - 10 yards at each end at right angles to the main net line, if your ferreting then bring the right angled end section in to the hedge, if netting without ferrets then bring them out in to the field.
