Guest beddy whippet collie
the all round lurcher , i can't make up my mind which one to buy , i've looked at bull x's and collie x's ( i went to hancocks ) but nothing is catching my eye , i don't mean just the look of a dog or the look of it's parents , what i'm trying to say is the actual presence that some dogs give off and when you see it you know you are looking at the real deal proper dog , i just cannot find what i'm looking for ......... any suggestions may be helpful ...... a mate of mine suggested saluki x's ....... maybe i should add that i would not want anything bigger than 25 inch tts Quote Link to post

Guest beddy whippet collie
what would you mean by all rounder if i was to say that my old dog ( R.I.P ) was capable of catching and retrieving live to hand daytime rabbit / hare , and lamping he would catch fox aswell ,he was good with stock and ferrets , terriers , and was a good marking dog aswell , all of the above is pre ban ...... but i would like a dog of the same capability's even though hare and fox would be shot so the dog would be retrieving only Quote Link to post
