I was thinking that ratman, some folks have to take everything so flaming serious these days.

Also, if the car was not speeding, it would not get photographed? So I'm thinking it may have been a mobile unit with a copper working it, another one with no sense of humour.

true, didnt the UK declare you car is no longer private property? seems i read something like that when they first began banning pit bull types.

Not sure about that but they can confiscate your car on suspicion, if they think you're about to break the hunting act... wankers.
