OldTrapCollector 377
The next time you pass an unfortunate owl dead on the roadside stop and pick it up, and pop it into the freezer. Whenever you need to sort out any member of the crow family dig it out, set it up on a prominant post, hide yourself away with the shotgun and wait . . . OTC Quote Link to post
Guest buster321c
Would it not be better to buy a decoy than a frozen dead owl ? Quote Link to post
OldTrapCollector 377
Would it not be better to buy a decoy than a frozen dead owl ? They do work but not as well. The real thing is much better but since it is illegal to use live animals to attract others (like the old use of a pegged ferret on a line) then a dead one is as good as you can do these days. An RTA owl is what I have used with good success in the past. OTC Quote Link to post
