SEAN3513 7 Posted April 24, 2008 Report Share Posted April 24, 2008 anyone seen shooting times today????????????? a bunch of antis who stood in front of the guns at a duck shoot in lancashire....have got away with it!!!!!! to cut a long story short.....their lawyer got them off, beause..............the shoot didn't have a health and safety policy/risk assesment................beggers beleif!!!!!!!!! just a warning..if your organising a shoot, health and safety in place so the buggers cant get away with it again. may be an idea to construct a generic risk assesment and post it on here for people to print off and take with them in case any antis approach them in the field whilst out bunny shooting...........it will happen if it hasn't already................what are your thoughts??????? regards sean Quote Link to post
