jacob 28 Posted April 23, 2008 Report Share Posted April 23, 2008 might as well, im sure they just make up half of em as they go anyway,1st rule if a landowner or tenant is obviously not controling pests you have an automatic right to.trespass law would also be disreguarded in these circumstances.
