collar confusion

been surfing ebay and came across this...

listed as a mk2

 

i mailed the seller this..

hi mate, you stated the locator for sale is a mk2 its a mk1. this maybe a typeing error if so i appologise.

Hi There,

 

If you were to take the cover off to replace the battery for example, the dial with the depths on says Mk2, so thats why its listed as such, unless you know different? the board is also marked Mk7 but thats just the board type.

 

would like to know your opinion of what I just said, and wether you think it's still a Mk1.

thats what i can't understand, with him saying some parts say mk7 and mk2

The collar with large batteries MK1 Collar with small batteries( micro) MK2 both commonly called a MK1 Hope it helps

Just had a close look at ebay ad without a doubt MK1s
