JohnB can supply ye with a nice one about interesting stuff to knock up yeself. I've always liked " Practical Trapping " by W. Carnegie. Though it's a re print of a very old book and so talks of Gin Traps (long since illegal), the basics are sound and it's an enjoyable read. Cochy Bon Du (?) or Bendy Ben Read have that one in modern paperback. Google.

as ditchy says , PRACTICAL TRAPPING, is quite a good read, but the rabbit snaring section is pure crap.
