This morning a BRAND NEW wave complete with instructions and leather case arrived!!!! it came with a letter saying they replaced mine as it was an out of date model. Now, i didnt send off any receipt or warrenty or whatever and only paid a fiver for postage, they have serviced it lots of times before (it has a hard life ) and im always pleased with what they do but this is really outstanding! A multitool made by leatherman, knife, saw, pliers, scissors, screw drivers etc. An up to date locking swiss army knife really. i had mine 9 years and they are very handy to have around.
