stubby 175 Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 has the council in question, got its own pest control section? maybe get a few relations/friends to phone the council, complaining about the rabbits on said ground, and how its the councils responsability to control them, then phone the council a few days later offering your services again, free of charge you would need public liability insurance though, members of the public etc Quote Link to post
