Its getting more and more common, but the kennel club for instance do not allow A.I. pups a pedigree and insist on natural matings. Quote Link to post

Tiff 36 Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 I don't know what it is in the UK but in the US (8 years ago at least) it cost $350 to collect, and another $60 per year to store. I have a few breedings worth stored of a good dog I had that I now don't have any bitches to use on, and it is coming to the end of it's "shelf life" ... so if you do it, be thinking of bitches down the road to use it on. Probably if you do a search online for "semen collection" or "canine breeding", something should pop up. Quote Link to post
