scope for bsa super ten

hi just ordered a hawk reflex scope 4-12x50 .

how high should mounts be ?????

its going on a bsa super ten bullbarrel carbine not come yet still on order lol

Seeing as it is a 1" tube I expect 1" mounts may work!

Surley that depends how high your line of sight is when your cheek is sitting on the rifel, to high a mounts and your cheek wont be sitting where it should be to low and the same so try different ones till they suit you, or a similat gun set up.

its to do with loading the gun + if there to low scope will hit barrel wont fit .thanks for the help i will just stick with scope buy mounts from shop when i pick it up cheers guys
