lgray88 4
just had my hob vasectomised 2 days ago, he seems just to be his usual self , im keeping in the house at the moment as the vet said to keep him warm for a few days , but just curious he came back with disovable stitches now i presume these stitches just disolve away hence the name disolvable stitches!! but how long do they take to disolve as when i was checking over him this mornin one of the stitches seems to be broken free of the opposite side of the wound is this the disolving takeing place , the incision seems to be healing well , but i was just curious wether i should be worrying or not liam Quote Link to post

stubby 175
both of mine took around two weeks, the silver hobs stiches looked fine and dandy, the polecat however looked manky, funny as manky is his name too, didnt put anything on either, just kept them in a spare cage for one day, then put them back in the court, this was a few months ago, both have healed up fine Quote Link to post
