Been doing fieldsports all my life, from shooting, to ferreting, from coursing to mooching, and dig to fishing(this being my main love for over 30yrs). I have wrote in many angling publications and still do. I am a pure predator hunter, and if anybody needs any imfo about predaotor fishing, wether it be location or general help, i will be glad to answer. I have a boat moored on loch lomond, and have pike fished all over Scotland, as well as england, and abroad. At the moment i am trying to breed the ultimate working ferret!! is there such thing?? who knows. I run Bedlington whippet cross saluki, and i also have a bullgreyhound, soon i am hoping to add a patterdale to my collection. This is what i wanted to ask, which is the best terrier for Rabbit work, ie: flushing, marking, and generally mooching? Thanks, hope you can help. Yours RUNFORYOURLIFE.. Not many replys to my terrier question, hahaha. The reason i asked is, i am looking for one, and i am stuck between a patterdale, fell, or beddlington. Also has anyone found any descent tape to use on a ferret collar to stop it coming off!!! One of my ferrets seems to have a nack of getting the collar off!! I had to waste an hour and dig 7 feet just to retreive the thing not so long back, or does anyone have any other ideas. Cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites
