Squirrel_Basher 17,102
Try seting up middens that are in a postion you can sneek up switch your lamp on & get a slip ,try filters on your lamp, maybe your callng isnt up to scratch ,has there been a moon? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mik-This is where some of the arguements start on here,I know what you mean but down our way,a midden is the term for a heap of farmyard shit! What you call a midden is to us a bait station.? Local dialects are the cause of more than one slanging match I know. Great answer anyway.Keep at it! Quote Link to post

DiStuRBeD 0
u may want to try if ur setting up bait stations, drag the bait in ever decreasing circles so when charlie smells it he follows the scent round and round will keep him in the area a bit longer works here, tho u guys seem to go out when windy so may not work for you over there sometimes different callers will bring them in Quote Link to post
thurso jack 3
I have heard that a good homemade caller is made using polystyerin and wetting it and rubbing it off the glass of the vehicle you are in, does this method work? Quote Link to post
