I'll call the ambulance service, and the nhs. :clapper::clapper::clapper::clapper::clapper: THEY look good kay what about some homemade soup to go with them...................... :clapper:

 

I Have not done baps before but they turned out ok i think, no stopping me now :laugh::laugh::laugh:

My mum used to bake her own bread. When the loaf came out of the tin, she used to hold it by the top and hit the bottom with the 2nd knuckle of her middle finger. She could tell by the sound if the loaf was cooked. Try it Kay, you will soon tell the right sound and feel. Hard to explain on here really.

Well thats what i was told to do more or less but the bottom of the loaf was a bit crispy & i wasnt sure if i had coked it to quick & it would be a bit soft in the middle, but when i tapped the bottom it sounded hollow , but i popped it back in for a few more mins to be sure :laugh:

 

The little buns were easier to gauge cooking wise, so i think i best do some big loaves to get the practice in

i love small buns too, :icon_eek: great for dipping in hot soup........... :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Well i need to learn lots in the kitchen my husbands changing jobs so cant cook me tea for me now :cry: looks like i will loose the weight i want to now so its not all bad :clapper::clapper::clapper:
