I bought a mark 1 ferret finder and some purse nets on e bay about 3 weeks ago seller said they send them as soon as they got money so I sent money off couple of days later I got a e mail from seller saying they got the money and would be sending the finder and nets the next day to date Iv not got it Iv e mailed seller they said it must of got lost in the post ? what come back do I have if any.

if you payed through paypal you can open a dispute and you should be covered

e-bay usually sort it through the automated dispute pannel. i would however recomend looking at the feed back sellers have recieved before bidding. i have in the past had to resort to threatening a seller with legal action to recover the monies.leave bad feed back for them and see how it goes. also see what else they are selling and pm their highest bidders and warn them,ebay limet you to 10 pm's aday but it will soon piss them off!

 

also if you pay by paypal they cover you for problems of this sort.

No did not use pay pal I sent a money order their feed back was ok

didnt you ask for them to be sent recorded or signed for? if not i think you may of just been knocked

I only deal with sellers who have excellent feedback & accept Paypal sending money orders,cheques & such, offers little protection should it go smelly.Hopefully they may turn up if not get E-bay to sort it.Does the seller have any proof of sending??
