jukel123 9,985
I'm all for utilitarianism: the greatest happiness for the greatest number. If you miss out on that principle ..tough. It's estimated that in Scotland you could take 300000 children out of poverty by imposing a 2% tax on taxpayers earning over 10 million per annum. It's a no brainer but poor people will say that's not fair! f**k off, whether it's fair . Edited October 10 by jukel123

Not a bad point, but you could also probably do it if the government stopped pissing money away like water on wars, signs in 48 languages, “Refugees”, black history month, gay pride marches, outreach centres for people who are not our own, foreign aid…… But they don’t, so what makes you think they can be trusted with 2% more of other people’s money ?
