Johyn.,..are they triggered by a movement sensor?.....and if so, where can i get one from as they might just help me.....cheers JD

I bought mine on Ebay J, the Ebayer I bought from doesn't seem to be selling anything now. Here's the makers website. Battery time is brilliant and it does take great quality photos and video in my opinion anyway. There are two or three issues with it that I could find. The first is a slow trigger time, so say you want a photo of a fox, better to have the camera pointing along rather than across his path. The sun can trick it at times, I get the odd black and white photo as weather conditions trick it into thinking it's night time. Also, if you're worried about it getting nicked I'd strongly reccomend you shell out for one of these (Item no. 290203919304 on Ebay), as the unit's security measures could be knawed off by a dying goldfish. I have emailed the makers and they also tell me some blank photos are because very small birds and mamals may trigger the camera, but won't be spotted on the photos or video. I think the software is updateable. I've had mine out a good while now, only brought it home Sunday so I'll need to take a look see what's available in the upgrade stakes. I'm happy with mine, only been used on birds and foxes and in all honesty they need to be close enough. On bigger animals, which it was designed for I'm sure, it'll work great. In my research I found all the models in that price rage did have some issue or other, like the saying goes you pays your money you take your chances

PS I also got a couple of cheap SD card off Ebay and they're a God send. Have one in the cam, one in your pocket and you can leave the camera on site for as long as you like.
