As for the nightmare dogs I've got a spaniel like that, the little shit Yeah, I've been reading about her in the bushing thread. Quote Link to post
Neal 1,927 Posted Tuesday at 07:00 Author Report Share Posted Tuesday at 07:00 While trying to do a bit more research on the beardie sire to add to this thread (for other people's information) I found the pedigree for the collie lurcher dam. Very impressive. Off the top of my head, the names I can remember are Hancock's Rufus, Sharpe's Moss (who was great grand-sire to my last lurcher), Hancock's Katie (who was grand-dam to my collie x whippet) and a dog I've read about on here called Arri. On the other side was whippet blood from Sooty Sam via Zorro. While reading all that I had the feeling I'd read it before somewhere. Then I found it in one of my Phil Lloyd books; there was a whole section on when he went to pick up Katie with Hancock and the dog he used to mate to Dusty which was descended from her. As Steven Wright said, "It's a small world, but I wouldn't like to paint it." 1 Quote Link to post
