Hey up, I had breakfast at 7 o'clock this morning, a couple of boiled eggs , it's good Friday, and on that day my first lady wife was a strong catholic, so no meat on that day, last night I lifted a couple of lamb chops out the freezer for today, then I remembered, so I've just had some fish today, she's been gone years, but I just had to honour her, ,,   Thanks

Nice one fish is good anyway I should eat more, you can make up for missing meat today by having it tomorrow I seem to remember reading that you like a fry up
