Unless things have dramatically changed since I shot the foreshores, if you can access without trespass then by Royal decree you are allowed to shoot the foreshore. Bear in mind that ingress and egress both apply. On one foreshore we waded down a creek to gain access. On the subject of pigeon shooting, you are on a shooting forum where most folks guard their permissions tightly and I doubt any help will be freely given. For saying that I wish you well. Jok.
