Tyla 3,179
Went out for a shine on my own with Tyla, we only saw one bunny and she caught it, after turning him twice he just made the hedge but she dived in and pulled him out! it was her first on the lamp, may not seem much when you look at some of the bags on here but im well chuffed. Shes 10 mths old and i've been bringing her on slowly as shes my first lurcher and dont know any one with dogs for her to learn from. Shes had some very near misses at night, a couple in daytime and some shot with the air rifle but this was done properly on her own. Hopefully the first of many! Will post a photo tomorrow as i have to be up at five. Quote Link to post

Irish Lurcher 1,013
It brings it all back for me that story, can remember our first bunny, great feeling. Well done and keep up the good work, I too started off like you, bought my first lurcher and was out on a limb, but stick with it, things can only go up from here on in Quote Link to post
