How to Lamp Rabbits

Hi All

 

I tried to lamp rabbits but every time I shine the lamp they take of like a bullet. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. I would like to be able to shoot them.

THEY ARE PROBABLY BEING LAMPED REGULAR BY OTHER PEOPLE OR YOUR SELF

lamp with a red or ornage filter will do the trick seems like your rabbits are lamp shy

if its quite near houses or street lights etc where you lamp, try the amber filter as they are more used to that colour light so will think it is normal

i had the same problem mate and then invested in a red filter it works a treat . ferret_uk

Brilliant, will try soon as there are a least 10 rabbits coming in from the field next door. Needing, as nephew said "away to bunny heaven"!
