philpot 4,928 Posted November 4, 2021 Report Share Posted November 4, 2021 It doesn't really matter, I have several Nitesite units and sometimes the rubber collar moves putting the reticle off centre and I do usually just reposition it but sometimes when I have had a short opportunity to get the shot off, I have just taken the shot with no issues.
