Finally got my hands on some 'Foot Soldier Juice' (Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup) so, last night, I gave it a go. Two decent desert spoons of butter. Five of syrup. Tablespoon of light brown sugar. Melt it all down, stirring it together on a mild heat. Pour it over the popcorn in an over sized container, in two halves, stirring like a man possessed. Grab a small spoon and put a Great film on.
