hotdog 8 Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 i have a 14 week beddie whippet greyhound measuring 12 inches, she seems to be getting very long in the body but not in the leg! her tail is now touching the floor and she is looking very out of proportion is this the norm from this kind of cross as i have always had greyhounds befor and they are so lankey there funny. Lurchers often look really weird when they're growing up, all legs one minute then long back the next. It's the little bones that grow the fastest: which is why some pups seem all big feet, long tail and head for a while. They all even out eventually. Just enjoy each stage and learn from it all: good fun rearing a pup! Quote Link to post
