You still feeding your foxes? If so, what ye giving them?

Only, I've made a life altering discovery, regards to feeding my lot! Thought I'd run it past ye, and anyone else who does as we do.

See, fundamentally, I give mine day old chicks and that 'Kibble'. I wouldn't feed that shit to my dogs. But, for the foxes, it's just a snack amongst their over all diet.

Point is; To stop them wolfing down such dry stuff, then needing to go find water, I pre soaked it for them. And I'd do this by putting three of those scoops ye see in produce shops. Handful size. Into a two litre jug that I have around. I'd then add a pint or two of water and leave it on the side, for twenty four hours.

Result? Kibble would saturate nicely. Then, it would attract swarms of tiny 'Drain' type flies! It was fukking vile! I also found I was dumping a flood of water onto the ground, when I dumped their kibble. This wasn't going on!

Recently then, searching Amazon for things to buy, I spotted This!

Great prices on your favourite Home brands, and free delivery on eligible orders.

:icon_eek: Fukking Amazing!!! I chuck the regulation three scoops in there. Top it with water (Not full!) Snap the air tight lid on and leave it, very clean, discreet and respectable at the back of my sink.

Should the grub prove a bit dry ~ early days yet. I'm getting it right. I just open the spout cover. Run a drop more water in and up end it! Not a drop escapes!

Feed time? Wander out there. Call Fox fox and take the lid off, dumping a perfect pile of fluffy, moist kibble right there :)

It's only a little thing, on the surface of it. But, it's taking up a shit ton less space. Weighs next to nothing. No More Fukking Flies. And it just looks good in my kitchen :D
