Got to the farm to find most of the burrows were flooded apart from one in the top field which we had two bunnies out of the second bunny was reluctant to bolt hole hopping so I decided to put a purse net on one hole at the back which looked like a good escape route up the hedge which paid of . so it was down to plan B a triangle field across the road that boarders two roads and farm land at the back with a tree and hedge line running in between it there ware burrows the length Of it every so often you could get a 5 yard net in between the hedge row with no snags ended up with another 7 off there and only got a quarter of the way so back up there next weekend only down side was we came across 1/4 grown young in one burrow atb BB my young apprentice Jim when two hit the net at the same time

Couldn’t believe it mate when one that would fit in your hand came bolting out

Last december (2019) me and my pal stopped ferreting some land because the first 4 warrens we done all had young, i put some pictures on here of some young ones that were about 6 weeks old
