Digga123 53 Posted January 9, 2021 Report Share Posted January 9, 2021 As some will know we're up against it again in Northern Ireland with an Alliance minister putting forward a proposal for banning the hunting of mammals with dogs. Essentially they've taken the principles of the Blair ban and closed every loophole in it. If it goes through it will be illegal to even hunt a rabbit with a spaniel. No terrier work, no lurcher work, not even trail hunting. There is a public consultation currently running that needs 60% vote in favour for the bill to be considered. The usual antis have been casting it wide and far for support. Please take a moment to complete it to help us folk out. Would be great to see the hunting world pull together on this one.
