Recommended Posts

anyone experienced the ruger 223 rifle, theres an ''AMERICAN PACKAGE'' for sale in a gunshop over here ,and at 600 euros it seems cheap ,

3-9X50 bushnell banner

Hausken Mod

z aim sling

9-13 bipod

what ye reckon,is it a good rifle all round ,I have a 527 Cz 223,its a good old gun but its a bit weather beaten barrel wise from up the hills and T8 silencer i once had left its mark on the barrel over the years ,im considering trading in for a newer model ,so not being too well informed on the matter i thought someone here might direct me ,thank you folk

I’ve never owned one but I do know a gamekeeper who has one in 223 or 243 ( I can’t remember which) and he loves it, he’s never had a bit of bother with it in the 3 years or so that he’s had it and everything he points it at dies so you can’t ask for more than that, they must be tuff because he won’t look after it and it’s still working, it’s just a tool to do a job for him and seems to do it very well and for that price I don’t think you will go far wrong
