micky 3,325 Posted January 29, 2018 Report Share Posted January 29, 2018 Set a couple of traps this morning , they were all in well used holes and i think they should all catch but will one night be long enough ???? chucked a couple of wires onto a run through a gateway which as been a friend in the past , the season is over around here but it has never really started , got a trip down to Norfolk lined up but i am not expecting much from that ,roll on next season , the last one was a stinker. 1 Quote Link to post

It is not unusual to catch them going in nowhere near as common , exiting the hole it is normal to get a Neck strike, entering the hole you will get a high chest strike , both are fatal in seconds .........IMBRA and JUBY Traps are both Rabbit traps but you can pick a lot of rats up but when a Rat enters from the front it will often be thrown through the trap and be caught by the tail which it will promptly bite off 7 Quote Link to post
