New Friends

I had the distinct pleasure to meet up with keen ferreter Tracker the other day.

 

We had been chatting via this site whilst I have been in Iraq and we felt it would be nice if we got to speak to each other upon my return. Due to the lack of time and the distance we both had to travel we were only able to meet at the Watford gap services on the M1.

 

I would just like to say that sites like this are worth there weight in gold, they bring together people who would normally have no chance of meeting. I feel that I have made a lifelong friend and look forward to the day we meet again.

 

Traffic and daylight hours conspired against us as we were hoping to let our dogs run free for a bit. I must add what a fantastic pair of Collie X merles Tracker has and wish him all the best in bringing them on.

I totally agree Nic i have made loads of friends on here & have been fortunate to meet some of them & i intend to meet a few more soon

I've made some good friends from the forum too, as will most of the members...
