Recommended Posts

All i ever do is gut it out n skin it.........

I just use back n front legs.......just cut all the meat off em into chunks then brown off in a frying pan then add to your curry sauce and simmer untill the blood stops bubbleing upto the surface

It's no different from any other meat really - just joint it, roll it round in a hot pan for a few minutes to 'brown' it, then in it goes. More or less as it says on the label of the jar of cooking sauce you're probably going to use.

I'll see if I can find a recipie for you

After skinning and cleaning......If you intend to curry/stew/caserole it, you may find it easier to boil it for a while, the meat will tend to come away easier and you may get a little more off each bunny, but as others have said, absolutely no need for this..just cut the meat off normally and cook if you like.

Best for eating are the girls about a year old, enjoy!
