Penda 3,240 Posted September 20, 2017 Report Share Posted September 20, 2017 In my opinion it's a lot of factors it depends on the dogs age has he much familiarisation with rabbits and fur i let my young pups play with dead bunny I bring back from ferreting or lamping I also take mine out young ages to watch the older dogs catching this doesn't always work but I believe it does help with smells and tastes and stuff but the top and bottom of it some dogs are doing the job from the day one and some dogs they need easing in abit just read the dog and pick your nights and the places your running give the dogs the best oppatunities you can have to catch there quarry ?
