A .17g or a .20g, HP, FMJ or SP, which manufacturer, horizontal shooting, sea level, rifle, length of barrell, etc, etc???????? The very simple answer is around 1.5 miles if you point in in the air at an angle of around 32 degrees! However, as I say you can get a lot of variation on that. I would not suggest you tell your FLO you point your HMR in the air and fire it. Quote Link to post
