jcm 2,327 Posted January 6, 2017 Report Share Posted January 6, 2017 The reason rabbits have that smell is because they are not cleaned properly, you have to take the scent glands out, otherwise it taints the meat and gives off that horrible smell when cooking. Once the scent glands are out it's fine. Take a look at the video 9 . 50 in he shows you where the scent glands are. TC This is they guy I mentioned ?? Quote Link to post
Shaddy93 840 Posted January 6, 2017 Report Share Posted January 6, 2017 I like it nice and simple a good chunk of butter in the pan put hind legs in the pan (I only eat the hind legs of a rabbit) cover the legs in salt, pepper and chives, leave till cooked, tastes beaut Quote Link to post
